Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without accommodation
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts mainly between 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding guest information
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- Address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisors
- Ensure dining room is set up properly before and after service periods
- Operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
