The company emphasizes creating memorable culinary experiences for its guests while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for its team members. Located at Bethesda Orchard, Saint Louis, MO, Unidine is currently hiring full-time Waiter/Waitress positions to join their dynamic team. The company offers a fun and engaging work atmosphere where employees can thrive professionally and personally. With a strong focus on team collaboration and guest satisfaction, Unidine stands out as a premier choice for hospitality professionals seeking career growth and stability.

The Waiter/Waitress role at Unidine is crucial to the daily operations of the Bethesda Orchard dining services. This position requires individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating positive dining experiences for guests. The role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering them efficiently and courteously, and ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly. Waitstaff at Unidine are integral members of the culinary team, which the company regards as the heart of its business. The role entails greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and beverages, especially catering to guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. Waiters and waitresses are expected to maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards while ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment. Employees in this role also handle cash transactions and must adhere to proper cash-handling procedures. Additionally, staff members collaborate closely with back-of-the-house kitchen personnel to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and promptly.

Unidine offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs. The company supports its workforce with additional perks such as identity theft protection, pet insurance, critical illness coverage, accident insurance, and various voluntary benefits. Unidine promotes diversity and equal employment opportunity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination. Team members are encouraged to grow their careers within the company and take advantage of the supportive and robust benefits available.

This position provides a unique opportunity to join a company that values quality, community, and employee well-being. Waiters and waitresses at Unidine not only serve food and beverages but also contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that brighten the days of those they serve.
