The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Unidine values its culinary team as the core of the business. Every day in this role presents opportunities to enhance lives, create connections, and make a difference in the lives of those served. The company promotes a fun work environment complemented by a comprehensive benefits package for team members, including retirement plans, health and wellness programs, and voluntary benefits. Full-time employees further enjoy medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and various other supportive programs. The organization is committed to equal employment opportunities and supports fair treatment of all associates regardless of background.

Candidates who join Unidine as a waiter or waitress will be welcomed into a supportive team that values their contributions and fosters professional growth. This position offers the chance to work in a setting that not only values culinary innovation but also emphasizes respect, kindness, and exceptional guest service.
