Unidine is currently hiring for full-time and part-time Waiter/Waitress positions located at Stevenson Oaks Retirement Community in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying to meet the needs of the community. As a Waiter/Waitress with Unidine, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to the residents of Stevenson Oaks. Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations and accommodates preferences
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and relays information to supervisor
- ensures dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other assigned duties
