Job Requirements
- Prior catering experience preferred
- availability to work full-time or part-time including nights and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for cash handling
- compliance with company safety and hygiene standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior catering or food service experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently
- deliver food promptly and professionally
- maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodate dietary needs and allergens
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean and safe dining environment
- promptly address guest complaints or issues
- set up and clean dining area before and after service
- operate equipment including coffee machines and soda dispensers
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform additional duties as assigned
