Unidine is currently hiring for full-time Waiter/Waitress positions based at ReveI Issaquah, located at 2450 Newport Way Northwest, Issaquah, WA 98027. This role offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The work schedule is full-time, although exact hours and days may vary and will be detailed during the interview process. As a Waiter/Waitress with Unidine, you will be an essential part of the culinary team, which is central to the company’s business operations. Your primary responsibility will be to take food and beverage orders efficiently and ensure timely and professional delivery to guests in the dining room. The role demands prompt, friendly, and thoughtful service that creates memorable dining experiences and fosters customer satisfaction. You will master the menu details, including ingredients and dietary accommodations, to provide accurate recommendations and address guests' needs proficiently.

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
  • advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests
  • communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
  • exhibit exceptional communication skills and foster positive interactions with guests and staff
  • collect tickets and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
  • maintain confidentiality regarding guest information
  • promptly address complaints or issues and report them to supervisors
  • ensure dining room setup before and after service
  • operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
  • collaborate with other departments during special events
