Job Requirements

  • Food service experience required
  • ability to perform essential duties of the position
  • availability to work Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm as scheduled
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to collaborate with team members
  • adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Food service experience required
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • ability to work flexible hours within scheduled shifts
  • ability to handle cash and operate related equipment
  • strong interpersonal skills with patience and professionalism
  • basic knowledge of menu items and dietary accommodations

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
  • demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on appropriate combinations
  • communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
  • collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
  • promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • promptly addresses guest complaints or issues and relays information to supervisor
  • ensures dining room setup and cleanliness before and after service
  • operates various equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
  • collaborates with staff during special events
  • performs other duties as assigned
