Job Requirements
- Valid DOH certification
- fine dining experience required
- ability to work Monday through Friday
- no nights or weekends
- must be able to handle cash transactions
- ability to stand for long periods
- must follow company safety policies
- wear uniform and maintain proper grooming standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate orders
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain patience with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and report to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- work with staff from other departments during special events
- perform other assigned duties
