Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- must be available to work on-site at the specified Boston location
- willingness to wear uniform and adhere to company policies
- ability to handle basic cash transactions
- commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus but not required
- customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate special requests
- communicate effectively with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and support a safe environment
- handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- operate various dining equipment and collaborate during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
