Levy is currently seeking part-time, seasonal Waiters and Waitresses to join the dynamic team at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, home of the OKC Comets. This specific role offers employment from April through September, aligning with seasonal events at the venue. As a Waiter or Waitress at Levy, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to guests attending events at the ballpark. Your responsibilities will include taking orders efficiently and accurately, delivering food and drinks promptly, and ensuring that every patron’s needs are met with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and any dietary considerations, allowing you to provide personalized recommendations that enhance the guest experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- possess or able to obtain valid servers permit
- availability to work part-time during seasonal period April through September
- ability to communicate well with guests and team members
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- reliable transportation if required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicates with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and flexibility with guests and staff
- collects tickets and follows cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal information
- addresses complaints and relays information to supervisor
- ensures service area is set up and clean
- operates various equipment
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
