- possess or able to obtain valid servers permit
- availability to work part-time during seasonal period April through September
- ability to communicate well with guests and team members
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- reliable transportation if required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicates with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and flexibility with guests and staff
- collects tickets and follows cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal information
- addresses complaints and relays information to supervisor
- ensures service area is set up and clean
- operates various equipment
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
