- ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- willingness to learn and follow established procedures
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- advise guests on menu items and accommodate special dietary needs
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- handle cash transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to supervisor as needed
- set up and clean dining area before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- assist other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
