Job Requirements
- Prior server experience is required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including weekends, holidays, and varied hours
- Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- Patience and professionalism in customer service interactions
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients accommodating specialized diets and allergens
- Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests accommodated
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and patience with guests and staff
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
- Maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information
- Address complaints or issues promptly and relay to supervisor
- Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods
- Operate a variety of equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
