Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to serving and cleaning
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests
- Availability for scheduled hours including weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverages orders following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follows up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- Demonstrates understanding of menu items and ingredients accommodating dietary requests
- Communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintains a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- Addresses guest complaints and relays information to supervisor
- Sets up and cleans dining room before and after service
- Operates various kitchen and dining equipment
- Collaborates with other departments during special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
