Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of previous restaurant server experience preferred
  • ability to work full time Tuesday through Sunday
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to handle cash properly
  • flexibility to work varying shifts
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willingness to participate in training and follow company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • two years of previous restaurant server experience preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • ability to handle cash transactions
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
  • assists guests with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrates understanding of menu items and advises guests on food and drink combinations
  • communicates with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
  • collects tickets and follows cash-handling procedures
  • maintains clean and safe dining environment
  • promptly addresses complaints or issues and informs supervisor
  • ensures dining room is properly set up before and after service
  • operates equipment such as coffee machines and iced tea/soda machines
  • supports other departments during special events
  • performs other duties as assigned
