Job Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work part-time schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must comply with health and safety regulations
- capable of handling cash transactions accurately
- ability to learn menu and service procedures quickly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to maintain professionalism and poise under pressure
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate full knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
