Job Requirements

No prior experience necessary
must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
availability to work part-time schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
must comply with health and safety regulations
capable of handling cash transactions accurately
ability to learn menu and service procedures quickly

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
customer service experience is a plus but not required
basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
ability to maintain professionalism and poise under pressure
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
deliver food promptly and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
demonstrate full knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
