Job Requirements

Sever experience preferred
Ability to work full-time with rotating schedule including weekdays and some weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Ability to handle cash and operate dining room equipment safely

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior server experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
Take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
Assist guests with additional needs or requests as needed
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
Ensure the dining room is properly set up prior to and after service periods and maintain cleanliness
Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
Work with staff of other departments during special events and functions
Perform other duties as assigned
