Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior catering experience preferred
- ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including some weekends and evenings
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
- customer service oriented
- ability to follow established food safety guidelines
- willingness to abide by company policies including safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- basic understanding of menu items and dietary restrictions

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodate reasonable requests and note guest preferences
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- exhibit excellent communication skills and positive interactions with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints promptly and relay relevant information to supervisors
- set up and clear dining room before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as iced tea machines, coffee machines, telephones, and fire extinguishers
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
