Currently, Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part-time Waiter/Waitress positions at the Croasdaile Village Retirement Community. The part-time schedule includes shifts Monday through Friday from 4:45 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturdays from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, as well as Sunday and holiday shifts from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. More detailed scheduling information will be provided during the interview process. These positions offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. As a Waiter/Waitress at Morrison Living, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering items efficiently to dining room guests, and ensuring that everyone enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will be part of a culinary team that demonstrates passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.

The role demands a warm, attentive, and professional demeanor while engaging with guests and working alongside fellow team members. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience, especially in food service, and must be capable of maintaining sanitation and safety standards at all times. Detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary considerations like allergens and specialized diets is essential. The Waiter/Waitress communicates effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure seamless order delivery and accommodate guest preferences and requests. Moreover, maintaining cleanliness and neatness in the dining area, along with operating various equipment such as beverage machines and coffee makers, forms part of the daily responsibilities. Upholding confidentiality concerning guests’ personal and medical information is paramount.
