Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to obtain an ABC license
- Must showcase teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly
- Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Familiarity with POS systems or order-taking software
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages
- Helping guests with menu recommendations
- Providing exceptional customer experience
- Greeting, seating, and escorting guests
- Upselling additional products when appropriate
- Checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
- Communicating orders to kitchen staff
- Delivering checks and collecting bill payments
- Cleaning and maintaining tables and tableware
