Waiter/Waitress

Our restaurant is a well-established sports bar that has been serving the local community since the mid '90s. Founded by visionary leader Jim Weaver and his partners, our establishment is rooted in a philosophy that values genuine hospitality, straightforward and delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere that appeals to families and adults alike. We pride ourselves on being a "Happiness Center" where guests can enjoy good food, great times, and an authentic laid-back experience rather than the typical cookie-cutter bar and grill environment. With large TVs for watching sports, an extensive menu of simple but satisfying dishes, and a wide selection of cold beverages including various spirits, we aim to create a vibrant and friendly space that keeps guests coming back.

We are currently seeking a conscientious and skilled waiter/waitress who will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for taking and delivering orders but will also be the face of our hospitality, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. This role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills, alongside a positive attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our waitstaff are instrumental in creating an atmosphere of warmth and attentiveness, from greeting and seating customers to providing insightful menu recommendations and handling cash and credit transactions accurately. The waiter/waitress will also contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with kitchen staff and maintaining cleanliness at the tables.
