Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work part-time seasonal hours from April to September
- valid alcohol servers permit or ability to obtain
- reliable transportation to Huntington Park location
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment

- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- ability to remain patient and professional in a fast-paced environment
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- capability to operate food and beverage equipment
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
- takes food and beverages in an efficient manner
- delivers food promptly and professionally
- maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are correct
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and relays information to supervisor
- ensures suite or premium space is properly set up and clean
- operates equipment including chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- works with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
