Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience is preferred but willing to train
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to work effectively within a team environment
- customer service-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
- advises guests on menu combinations and accommodates preferences
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request accommodation
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and ability to cooperate with others
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and communicates them to the supervisor
- ensures the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- works collaboratively with other departments during special events and functions
- performs other duties as assigned
