We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic waiters/waitresses who can uphold the stellar reputation of Happy Lamb Hot Pot by providing exceptional service. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining establishments and ensuring each guest's experience is pleasurable and memorable. As a waiter/waitress at Happy Lamb, you will be the face of the restaurant, warmly greeting guests, assisting them with menu recommendations, and ensuring their orders are accurately taken and promptly delivered. You will be responsible for seating guests, conveying their preferences and special requests to the kitchen staff, and efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions. Multitasking is crucial in this role as you will need to manage several tables, coordinate with team members, and handle guest inquiries simultaneously.

Beyond basic service duties, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, attentiveness, and patience in all interactions. We value team players who are reliable and capable of problem-solving on the spot to enhance guest satisfaction. Upselling additional products when appropriate and verifying guest identification for alcoholic beverage orders are also part of the role's responsibilities. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, and compensation ranges from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, inclusive of tips and other pay components.
