Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Team player attitude
Job Qualifications
- Possess or able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
- Have in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand
- Be able to ensure friendly, courteous service at all times
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times
Job Duties
- Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- Log and maintain food temperatures
- Arrange tables and decorations
- Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Thoroughly clean location after event is completed
- Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility
