This job opportunity is for a part-time, seasonal Waiter/Waitress position based at Dunkin' Park. The role is essential for delivering excellent guest service in suite and premium areas during special events spanning from April through September. As a Waiter/Waitress at Levy, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests in premium spaces and suites, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards. Knowledge of menu items and ingredients will be crucial as you may often have to advise guests on food and beverage combinations, including accommodating special dietary requests and allergens. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Must be able to obtain alcohol servers permit if required
- Available to work from April through September on a seasonal basis

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
- Takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- Follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- Demonstrates knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- Communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests accommodations
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- Addresses complaints or issues promptly and escalates to supervisors when necessary
- Ensures suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service periods
- Operates service equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage machines, and coffee machines
- Collaborates with other departments during special events and functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
