Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and take food and beverage orders efficiently
  • deliver food promptly maintaining safe handling and sanitation standards
  • advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary preferences
  • communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
  • handle cash and process tickets correctly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • address guest complaints and relay issues to supervisors
