Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently
- knowledge of menu items and special dietary needs
- excellent communication skills
- ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- basic math skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- capacity to handle cash safely
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests appropriately
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly address guest complaints or issues and relay information to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up prior to and after service period
- operate a variety of equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other department staff during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
