Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- able to work full-time or part-time schedules
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrates full understanding of menu items and ingredients, advises guests on food and drink combinations
- communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment while meeting sanitation standards
- addresses guest complaints promptly and communicates issues to supervisors
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- assists other departments during special events and functions
- performs other duties as assigned
