Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • able to work full-time or part-time schedules
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Previous bartending or server experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • understanding of menu items and ingredients
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follows up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrates full understanding of menu items and ingredients, advises guests on food and drink combinations
  • communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery
  • collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
  • promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment while meeting sanitation standards
  • addresses guest complaints promptly and communicates issues to supervisors
  • operates various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
  • assists other departments during special events and functions
  • performs other duties as assigned
