Job Requirements
- Previous bartending or server experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bartending or server roles preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to understand menu items and accommodate dietary restrictions
- reliable and able to work flexible schedules
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- team-oriented with ability to cooperate well with kitchen and service staff
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests appropriately
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accuracy of orders and special requests
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain patience and flexibility with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints and relay information to the supervisor
- ensure proper dining room setup before and after service while adhering to sanitation standards
- operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
