Job Requirements
- Availability for dinner shifts Wednesday through Sunday
- Two years of fine dining experience
- Five years of restaurant experience preferred
- Friendly and attentive with strong communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of all menus
- Ability to adapt to guest needs and be flexible
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Maintain open communication with kitchen and management staffs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Current Louisiana Responsible Vendor’s Permit
- Ability to properly utilize and operate POS system
- Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously without excessive errors
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of fine dining experience
- Preferred five years of restaurant experience
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of wine types and food pairings
- Familiarity with POS systems and state liquor laws
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional table service to guests ensuring a memorable and personalized dining experience
- Follow company service standards and restaurant steps of service at all times
- Communicate effectively and work well with team members
- Maintain a positive attitude while treating guests and coworkers with respect
- Follow company uniform and appearance guidelines
- Arrive to work on time in uniform and prepared for shifts
- Offer menu recommendations considering guest preferences dietary restrictions and special requests
- Assist with table setup and breakdown and general restaurant opening and closing duties
