As a Server in our fine dining restaurant, you will play a critical role in enhancing our guests' dining experiences. Your responsibilities will extend beyond merely taking orders and serving food; you will act as an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, with at least two years of experience in this field and a preferred five years of general restaurant experience. You must be adept at handling high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency, multitasking between tables while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Your deep knowledge of menu items, including food and wine pairings, will enable you to offer insightful recommendations enhancing the guests' enjoyment.

This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to anticipate guest needs. You will work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow and maintain open lines of communication. Cleanliness and organization of your workstations, as well as assisting your teammates during busy periods, will be fundamental aspects of your daily routine. We operate dinner shifts from Wednesday through Sunday, so availability during these times is required.
