Job Requirements
- Experience relevant to food and beverage service
- Ability to serve meals and beverages in proper manner
- Knowledge of food handling techniques
- Understanding of menu composition and beverage pairings
- Skill in table setting
- Ability to tabulate checks using simple math
- Recognize intoxication
- Males must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
