Job Requirements

Job requires no minimum education or experience
Pre-employment criminal background check will be carried out equally between the US workers and the H2B workers
Ability to work an 8-hour day shift including rotating days and weekends
Must be willing to work shifts from 5am-1pm, 10am-6pm, or 5pm-1am
Available to work at multiple hotel sites in Colorado Springs, CO
Must comply with wage and tip compensation policies

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Familiarity with order entry systems or registers preferred
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Accurately take orders from guests and deliver order to table
Refill water, coffee, and remove dirty plates from table
Enter guest orders into the register and collect guest checks ensuring method of payment
