available to work full time or part time
able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
able to stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
able to read and write handwritten notes
comfortable working in noisy, fast-paced, and sometimes distracting conditions
willingness to learn menu and specials
ability to handle complaints calmly
willing to comply with company policies and equal opportunity employment standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a customer service or restaurant wait staff role is desirable but not required
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
teamwork and interpersonal skills
patience and problem-solving capabilities
