Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service preferred but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

Take orders placed by guests for alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food items from menus
Be fully familiar with all food and beverage items available for guest consumption
Collect cash or payment by credit card and maintain sales record
Clean, reset and arrange tables as required
Remove used glassware, china, and silverware to steward area for cleaning
Perform other duties as assigned
