As a Waiter at Aramark, you will be an essential member of the food service team responsible for supporting the manager in various culinary and operational tasks. This role requires not only assisting in food and meal preparation but also monitoring cash receipts and maintaining accurate records of meals served. Your contribution will ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining services, adhering strictly to sanitation, kitchen safety, and food production standards. The Waiter role is key to delivering excellent customer service by providing timely and aesthetically pleasing meals to patrons, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work environment, and complying with all food safety and uniform policies. Your daily duties will involve working with a predetermined menu to prepare high-quality food items and pastries, ensuring the accuracy of transactions and meal planning through daily reports. You will need to understand all components of a meal and manage food storage correctly to prevent contamination and spoilage. Serving food according to scheduled meal times and establishment rules is a critical aspect of the job, alongside the maintenance and proper use of culinary utensils. Emphasis on food presentation, including garnishing, helps enhance guest satisfaction and dining experience. The role also involves assisting with cleaning and sanitation of refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, and work areas, supporting overall hygiene and food safety standards.

Job Duties
- Follow a predetermined menu to prepare top-notch food and pastries
- Put together a report for the day ensuring the accuracy of transactions and meal planning
- Grasp the elements that make up a meal to confirm their inclusion
- Store food correctly to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Deliver food to patrons as per scheduled meal times and establishment regulations
- Apply and maintain culinary utensils, especially blades
- Make sure food items and beverages are prepared promptly
- Enhance the visual appeal of meals through garnishing
- Assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and cooking and serving devices
- Uphold all food safety requirements including hygiene, handling procedures, and storage protocols
- Comply with uniform regulations at all times
- Communicate daily with the manager for menu coordination
- Ensure foods are stored and served at correct temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
- Keep work areas clean and disinfected including steam tables, countertops, and machinery
- Carry out general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Collect garbage and keep kitchen floors clean for hygiene
- Perform other duties as required including aiding different kitchen departments
