Job Requirements
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week
- Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a fine dining or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems, preferably Toast
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guide guests through the interactive cooking process
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by maintaining excellent hospitality
- Utilize the Toast handheld POS system for efficient order taking and processing
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest dining areas during shifts
- Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally
