Job Requirements

  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week
  • Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a fine dining or customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with POS systems, preferably Toast
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guide guests through the interactive cooking process
  • Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by maintaining excellent hospitality
  • Utilize the Toast handheld POS system for efficient order taking and processing
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest dining areas during shifts
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally
