Job Requirements

completion of high school or equivalent
minimum one year of related work experience
ability to follow company safety and security procedures
good communication and interpersonal skills
capacity to provide courteous and timely guest service
professional and tidy appearance
commitment to upholding quality and safety standards

Job Duties

serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests

answer questions on menu selections

fulfill safety training requirements including certification completion
ensure that all individuals are dressed in a tidy and professional manner
handle sensitive business information securely and safeguard corporate assets
offer a friendly welcome and acknowledge every guest per company protocols
meet the needs of guests including those with disabilities
use clear and professional language
maintain constructive interactions with colleagues
collaborate with support team to meet mutual targets
