Job Duties
- serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- comply with all company safety and security policies and procedures
- inform supervisor of any incidents, injuries, or risky workplace situations promptly
- fulfill safety training requirements including certification completion
- ensure that all individuals are dressed in a tidy and professional manner
- handle sensitive business information securely and safeguard corporate assets
- offer a friendly welcome and acknowledge every guest per company protocols
- meet the needs of guests including those with disabilities
- use clear and professional language
- maintain constructive interactions with colleagues
