- Minimum one year of relevant professional experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Qualifications
- Completion of high school or attainment of a G.E.D
- At least one year of relevant professional experience
- No leadership or supervisory background required
- Licenses and certifications are not necessary
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Comply with company’s safety and security policies and procedures
- Inform supervisor of any incidents, injuries, or risky situations promptly
- Fulfill safety training requirements including certification completion
- Ensure all individuals are dressed in a tidy and professional manner
- Secure handling of sensitive business information and safeguard corporate assets
- Offer a friendly welcome and acknowledge every guest as per company protocols
- Foresee and meet the needs of guests and provide support to those with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others
- Cultivate and uphold constructive interactions with colleagues
- Collaborate with support teams to meet mutual targets
- Uphold adherence to quality standards and expectations
