Job Requirements

Completion of high school or G.E.D
Minimum one year of relevant professional experience
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Adherence to company safety and security policies
Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Comply with company’s safety and security policies and procedures
Inform supervisor of any incidents, injuries, or risky situations promptly
Fulfill safety training requirements including certification completion
Ensure all individuals are dressed in a tidy and professional manner
Secure handling of sensitive business information and safeguard corporate assets
Offer a friendly welcome and acknowledge every guest as per company protocols
Foresee and meet the needs of guests and provide support to those with disabilities
Communicate clearly and professionally with others
Cultivate and uphold constructive interactions with colleagues
Collaborate with support teams to meet mutual targets
Uphold adherence to quality standards and expectations
