As a restaurant server at Mike Linnig's, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring that every guest receives timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service that enhances their dining experience. Servers must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to handle a variety of guest needs, including taking and processing orders accurately, understanding and explaining menu items and daily specials, and maintaining ongoing cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Additionally, servers are responsible for responsibly monitoring beverage consumption, including verifying guest identification to adhere to alcohol service regulations.
