Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
practice positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
anticipate and address guests' needs to make their experience pleasurable
demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
assist other servers to promote teamwork and deliver outstanding guest service
understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the dining party
perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
