Job Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
Familiarity with POS systems desired
Strong customer service skills required
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment necessary
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices needed
Basic math skills for cash handling essential
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order processing
Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is advantageous
Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not required
a willingness to learn is essential

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
