- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Follow a predetermined menu to prepare top-notch food and pastries
- put together a daily report ensuring accuracy of transactions and meal planning
- ensure all meal components are included
- store food correctly to prevent contamination and spoilage
- deliver food to patrons according to schedule and regulations
- upkeep culinary utensils with focus on blades
- prepare food items and beverages promptly
- enhance meals visually through garnishing
- assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and equipment
- uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
- comply with uniform policy
- coordinate daily menu understanding with manager
- monitor food temperatures
- maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
- keep work areas sanitized including steam tables, countertops, and machinery
- perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- collect garbage and maintain kitchen floor cleanliness
- perform additional duties as required
