The role we are looking to fill is that of a Server who will play a crucial part in shaping our guests' dining experience from start to finish. This person will greet guests with a professional and inviting attitude, guiding them through our diverse menu offerings. They will suggest food and beverage pairings, highlight the chef’s features, and strategically upsell items to enhance the dining experience while driving restaurant sales. This position requires confidence and thorough knowledge of food and drink preparation to answer guest questions accurately. The Server will maintain a clean dining environment and assist with side work during opening, running, and closing duties, ensuring seamless service flow. Providing attentive, timely, and friendly service throughout each guest's visit is essential to fostering repeat business and a strong rapport with our clientele. This is an in-person position that demands a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about hospitality. Team members must either possess or be capable of obtaining valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits as required locally or by the state.
