Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • must be a team player who thrives in collaborative environments
  • excellent communication skills
  • passion for hospitality with commitment to customer service
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and assist with side work duties
  • must have or be able to obtain valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits
  • ability to work in person and flexible scheduling acceptance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create an enjoyable and welcoming dining experience for guests from start to finish
  • greet guests with a professional and inviting attitude
  • guide guests through the menu, suggest pairings, highlight chef’s features, and upsell food and beverage items
  • answer all questions about food and drink preparation with confidence and accuracy
  • maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with side work (opening, running, and closing duties)
  • deliver attentive, timely, and friendly service throughout the guest’s visit
