high school diploma
food handlers and tabc certification
proven experience in working and interpersonal relationships
experience with ordering information systems
strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

good time-management skills

good physical condition

clear and effective speech
ability to lift and balance 10 to 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a restaurant server

Job Duties

Complete any reasonable job-related tasks as directed by lead staff, floor manager, and general manager
always maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality
function as a part of a team that benefits the schilo's team
ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the shift
arrive dressed and ready to set up for breakfast and lunch guests
serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
provide information to assist with food and beverage selections
