- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Follow predetermined menu to prepare food and pastries
- put together daily reports to ensure transaction and meal planning accuracy
- ensure inclusion of all meal components
- store food correctly to prevent contamination
- deliver food to patrons as per schedule and regulations
- maintain culinary utensils focusing on blades
- prepare food items and beverages promptly
- enhance food presentation through garnishing
- assist in cleaning refrigeration units and kitchen devices
- uphold food safety standards including hygiene and storage protocols
- comply with uniform policy
- coordinate daily with manager on menu planning
- monitor food temperatures for safety
- maintain work and storage area cleanliness
- perform general cleaning including sweeping and dishwashing
- collect garbage and maintain hygienic kitchen floors
- perform additional duties as assigned including aiding other kitchen departments
