Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- good physical stamina
- ability to handle money and transactions

Job Duties
- assist guests with name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of food and drink items
- recommend menu items when appropriate
- maintain high hospitality standards throughout shift
- learn menu and continually educate self on specials
- handle complaints with patience and grace
- deliver checks and accept payments
- adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards
- complete opening and closing tasks
- help run food when necessary
