Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred
- basic proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Duties

- process payments accurately through POS systems, handle cash or credit card transactions with proper cash handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards like Food Safety regulations
- assist in food preparation or kitchen support during busy hours if needed, demonstrating versatility within the food service environment
- support guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times, ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return
