Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing)

- Able to hear and respond clearly to guest and coworker requests in a high-volume, noisy setting
Job Duties
- Provide proactive table service and guest support throughout the entire dining process
- Prepare for service by rolling clean silverware
- Promptly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from guest tables
- Perform thorough cleaning and resetting of tables once guests depart
- Execute various cleaning duties such as sweeping service areas and taking out trash
- Handle guest concerns or issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to management for constructive resolution
- Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow team members to guarantee all customer requirements are met
