  • food service certification required
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Follow a predetermined menu to prepare top-notch food and pastries
  • put together a daily report ensuring accuracy of transactions and meal planning
  • confirm inclusion of all meal components
  • store food correctly to prevent contamination and spoilage
  • deliver food to patrons per scheduled meal times and regulations
  • apply and upkeep culinary utensils with focus on blades
  • ensure prompt preparation of food items and beverages
