Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- minimum legal age to serve alcohol per local regulations if applicable
- valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification if applicable
- ability to work flexible shifts
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to perform duties with professionalism
- adherence to client and business requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- knowledge of alcohol service and related certifications such as TIPS or TEAM if applicable
- ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
- strong communication skills
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to work standing or walking for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks as required
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- present menus and introduce specials or menu changes
- provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine
- answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
- confirm orders with guests
- process orders in correct sequence
- check all items for quality and completeness
- ensure presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent
- monitor guest needs and respond to requests
- address concerns or complaints professionally
- perform physical tasks including walking or standing for extended periods
- lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- use hands for handling and reaching tasks
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work and be punctual
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
