The company values its team members and offers a work environment that supports personal growth, professional development, and a strong sense of community. HumanGood takes pride in offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive culture that fosters collaboration and respect.

The part-time Waitstaff/Server position at HumanGood offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the well-being and satisfaction of residents and guests in a senior living community. This role involves regularly setting up, clearing, cleaning, and resetting the dining room to ensure a pleasant and orderly environment. As a waitstaff member, you will take menu orders accurately and serve meals promptly and graciously, providing quality customer service at all times. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts primarily from 4 PM to 8 PM on Mondays through Saturdays, including occasional weekends and holidays. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and catering to seniors, with a focus on compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.

The compensation for this part-time role ranges from $17.50 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. The position welcomes applicants with varying levels of experience, including teens where local regulations permit, making it an inclusive opportunity for many. Preference is given to those with prior food industry experience and those who have worked with senior populations, along with certifications such as Food Handler's or ServSafe. HumanGood not only emphasizes the importance of excellent service but also prioritizes the safety and well-being of its residents and staff.

Working at HumanGood means being part of a mission-driven organization committed to enhancing the lives of seniors through compassionate care and vibrant community living. As a Waitstaff/Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential dining services that directly impact the quality of life for residents. Beyond the everyday responsibilities, HumanGood fosters a workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported. The company provides an excellent benefits package for part-time and full-time employees, including medical benefits for part-time team members starting the first of the month following their start date, a matching 401(k) plan, and cell phone plan allowances.

For full-time team members, additional benefits include paid time off, holidays, health, dental and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. These benefits are part of HumanGood’s ongoing commitment to employee wellness and professional development. Team members are encouraged to grow within the organization and make a meaningful impact while enjoying a positive, stable work environment. The company also maintains equal employment opportunities and adheres to federal employment laws, ensuring fair treatment and respect for all employees.

Working as a Waitstaff/Server at HumanGood provides not just a job but a chance to be part of a larger community that values care, respect, and dignity for all.
